CE CT Cost Estimation
Project Statement
Members need to be proactively informed about future costs coordinated through the UHC 3.0. However, there is currently no system in place to estimate these costs and communicate them to the members.
Solution
The Incubation Team proposes implementing a cost estimation solution called Find & Price Care Journey (Guide Care sub-journey). This solution utilizes cost estimation APIs and would enable the team to test its functionality. If the data matches production, stage access would be applicable. This solution would allow for cost estimation to be performed and communicated to members in a proactive manner.
